Set on a seven-acre hilltop estate along Lawrenceville Highway in Gwinnett County, the grand white house and ballroom known for years as Little Gardens long served as a private residence before becoming a popular restaurant, lounge, and event venue. For decades, guests and staff traded stories of a woman said to have died on the property in the early 1900s, whose restless presence lingered in the dining rooms. Diners reported dishes sliding on their own and silverware flung across tables, alongside disembodied footsteps, sudden cold spots, and restroom doors that swung open and shut untouched. The restaurant has since closed and the estate now operates as a wedding venue, where current management quietly waves off the ghostly reputation.
