Mojito's Cuban-American Bistro

Mojito's Cuban-American Bistro occupies a storefront in Norcross's historic downtown district, a block of late-19th and early-20th-century buildings along South Peachtree Street. According to local accounts, a child spirit known to staff and investigators as "La Niña" — the little girl — made herself known during the building's remodeling, when workers reported tools and materials shifting during their lunch breaks and at least one person mistook her for a living child. The Norcross Paranormal team, photographing the downtown structures, said they captured a small-framed figure in red, dressed in clothing reminiscent of the 1980s, standing in the picture window around 3:45 a.m. The bistro's owners are said to have confirmed the sightings themselves, the wife reportedly remarking, "So, you have seen our little Niña, too!" By most accounts the girl seems content among the Spanish-speaking staff but makes her displeasure plain about the music — and, in one telling, about the kitchen's cooking smells.
