Georgia Museum of Agriculture (Agrirama)

Opened on July 4, 1976 and long known as the Agrirama, this 95-acre living-history village gathers wiregrass-era farmhouses, a turpentine still, a gristmill, and a working sawmill rescued from across South Georgia and rebuilt as a single 1800s settlement. The relocated buildings seem to have carried more than timber with them. Paranormal investigators have logged electronic voice phenomena across several structures, including disembodied voices pleading for help and a phantom that calls an interpreter by name as she moves through the grounds. One investigator, seated at a table during a hunt, said her leg was sharply yanked, and she later found a bruise marked with what looked like finger imprints. Visitors on the after-hours October tours are told that nearly every walk leaves at least one person brushed by something unseen.
